Answer:10.00 am to 10 pm every Saturday & Sundays & selected public holidays.
Question: What’s the rental per day?
Answer: - RM 180 (Normal Space) and RM 200 (Corner)
Answer: One month, renewal each month if qualify.
Answer: RM180 (Refundable) deposit and RM 90 to purchase transparent plastic curtains.
Question: What are the transparent plastic curtains for?
Answer: Is to protect from rain and damage of products.
Answer: Table – 6ft X 3ft, a plastic chair, fluorescence lights and table cloth.
Question: Why compulsory to buy Street Market @ the Curve plastic bags?
Answer: This is compulsory for all vendors and it’s for branding purposes with direct instructions from the Management at a minimal cost for all vendors.
Question: How to get selected?
Answer: Prepare copies of product photos, display of products, pricing of products and approval from Management.
Question: Similar products and Price of products?
Answer: We allow similar products of the same kind but we follow a guideline set by the Management, Quota systems are for all the products being sold at the street market We control the prices of the products to avoid any disagreements between vendors and vendors, vendors and customers and other individuals. This would help to maintain the quality and price competitiveness for customers.

Answer: It depends on location and galleria outlet. It’s ranging from RM 2,000 to RM 3,900 per month

Question: Can I get a catalogue of your tents?
Answer: We do not have a hardcopy of catalogue of our tents. However, a complete catalogue with lots of photos, movies and information will be available soon on CD-Rom.
Question: Do you do custom work?
Answer: Of course! Most of our orders are customized from our wide range selection choices. Please send us a sketch of what you have in mind with measurements and the type of tent you want. We’ll get back to you with a suitable quote.
Question: How soon will my tent and accessories ship?
Answer: This is somewhat variable because different designs and color combinations may result in different delivery times. Also, delivery times can change throughout the year depending on whether it is peak season or not. Rest assured. we do have some of our products in stock at all times. If there's ever a need to rush an order, we will try our best to meet that challenge. If possible, place your orders early in order to avoid clashing of orders with other clients.
Question: Can I have colored top?
Answer: In short, yes, but we prefer to use natural white canvas for several reasons. Firstly colors rub off and can mark valance, drapes, tassels etc. Secondly the colors are not readily available with a fire retardant finish, so we have to order them specially. Finally the white canvas makes for a brighter, lighter and cooler tent in hot times.We can also print designs on the canvas.
Question: How long will my tent last?
Answer: That all depends on the care and use of your tent. We cannot give a guarantee the life span of the canvas because it is made from natural materials and is affected by the local conditions and your care of the tent. With good care, a frequently used canvas tent should last you 10 or more years. Conversely, neglected tents might not last a year. We strive for excellence but are only human!
Question: What type of canvas is used on Le Tresor Tents?
Answer: Exterior is made from the finest materials with the 15 oz. marquee canvas being treated to ensure that is both waterproof, rot proof and also fire retardant as per British Standards (Flame-resistance in accordance with BS 7837: 1996, water-resistant in accordance with BS 3408:1992, Rot-resistance in accordance with BS 2087:1992) and are specially manufactured to resist the adverse weather conditions found locally. The decorative inner linings are made of finest cotton and can be hand block printed by our skilled and experienced staff in a range of designs and colors or made to your specific needs.
Question: Retardant fabric Vs. fire proof fabric:
Answer: We should all understand what is meant by the terms “fireproofing” and “fire retarding”. Cement, steel, bricks and even stone will be deformed and warped when the temperatures are high enough. The objective of flame resisting is to reduce the possibility of a fire or flame from spreading and becoming a conflagration. Flame retardant dramatically slows this burning process.
Fires spread from the flames and heat from burning material, igniting other adjacent flammable materials. Normally when the ignition source is removed, the fabric will self-extinguish.
There is no such thing as fireproofing; everything will burn at a high enough temperature. This is quite true, technically speaking. All products on the market today which are intended to retard flame in fabrics, carpets, wood, etc., are intended to set up a thermal barrier to reduce the flame spread, to reduce the after burn and essentially allow some additional time for humans to escape from burning tents or buildings.
Question: Are your hand blocks printing on inner lining color fast?
Answer: Of course! All the colors are fast and never bleed. Even you can iron onto them.
Question: Do the tents come in other sizes than those listed?
Answer: We can make any tent to any size within certain structural limitations.
Question: Usages of Le Tresor's Tents?
Answer: We have made tents for just about every use you can imagine. Our products are suitable for garden & lawn for recreational sittings & enjoying the outdoors; parties & get-togethers in the outdoors; Out door buffet lunch & dinners; Out door spaces for eating in Restaurants, Resorts, hotels; Food & Snacks Stall in Exhibitions, Amusement Parks, Beaches Etc..
Question: Do you rent as well as sell tents?
Answer: We primarily sell tents. Your local tent and party rental company may already stock our tents or they can procure one from us to rent to you.
Question: Can I visit your workshop?
Answer: Our workshop is not located locally and at the time being, visits are not possible due to logistics issues.
Question: Is there anywhere else I can see your tents?
Answer: From time to time we do attend shows and events to display our tents, contact us for a current list.

Answer: No problem. Just specify when ordering where you want the shipping and billing address to
Question: How do I clean my Le Tresor's Tent?
Answer: Dirt will accumulate on your tent over time. The cleaner you keep your tent the longer it will last. Mildew grows on dirt, so it is important to clean it before putting it away. To clean our canvas we recommend mild hand dishwashing liquid in lukewarm water. Lay the tent down and scrub with a rag or a soft brush. The harder you scrub the more you risk scrubbing off the waterproofing. Do not use bleach or any other chemicals. Any soap left on the canvas could cause the tent to leak. Dry it completely before you put it away.
Question: Do you supply the printed fabric in yardages?
Answer: Yes, give us a call or contact us via email.
Question: Are your tents guaranteed?
Answer: Of course. We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturer defects. We will gladly replace any product found to be defective upon delivery and/or under normal use. Given the hand-crafted nature of the product, minor variations in design and manufacture are to be expected. While made to be sturdy and long-lasting, normal wear and tear is inevitable if used out of doors for extended periods of time.
Question: What does the price of a tent include?
Answer: Prices include: pegs, poles, pole sleeves, finials, drapes, hammer, all other erecting hardware and storage canvas bag. Price does not include delivery charges. Contact us if you’re only looking to buy the canvas.
Question: What if I decide my tent is not right for me?
Answer: We make every tent to order, and so spend quite a bit of time with you when you order to ensure you are getting the right tent for your requirements. We usually cannot take back a tent once construction has begun. If you are in any doubt please check with us again before ordering, and if you are still in doubt, please don’t commit to an order.
